Faith without works is dead. (James 2:17)(KJV)
I saw this on a video today and it said the meaning is, when you pray, in faith, afterwards, you must put feet to those prayers.
In other words, if you believe, you must work so God can make it happen.
It's that simple.
If you say, God, I want a new SUV or car.
Gotta start looking for one. (the work)
And, what if God leads you to one that is used..... but better!
God doesn't always give you what you want, but always gives you what you need!
BINGO!
God answers prayer, but God sometimes needs you to act (work) to get the answer.
Simple.
How do we get faith?
Faith cometh by hearing, hearing by the Word of God! (Romans 10:17)
