Real Christians are Ultimate Warriors
Source: Pixabay
The following passage is the most harrowing words by Jesus to Simon Peter in the whole Bible. Before you can don ministerial robes and be a minister unto God, there are the trials. Even Jesus had to go through the Trials of God.
“Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift each of you like wheat. But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith will not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.” “Lord,” said Peter, “I am ready to go with You even to prison and to death.” But Jesus replied, “I tell you, Peter, the rooster will not crow today until you have denied three times that you know Me.” (Luke 22:31-34) (KJV)Peter had to go through the Trials by Fire because Jesus said, “ Thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” (Matt. 16:18) God knew Peter would fail, deny Jesus three times the night of Jesus’s crucifixion, but Peter was chosen because of what God and Jesus saw inside him. God doesn’t let Satan come and see if you’ll rise to the occasion. God helps along the way so you can stand the fiery trials. Stephen was stoned to death for defending the faith in ACTS, but the Holy Spirit strengthened him to stand for the stoning. Stephen even said when he was being stoned, “Lord Jesus, please welcome me!” He knelt down and shouted, “Lord, don't blame them for what they have done.” Then he died. (ACTS 7:59-60) (CEV)
Trials will come on you suddenly, Jesus prays for you just like He did Peter that your faith will not fail. Unlike Peter, until I was in the thick of the trials that drove me almost to insanity and even ready to drop everything I wasn’t told by the Holy Spirit, “Satan wants to sift you as wheat.” But, when the Holy Spirit told me that, boy did it click inside that I was in the thick of the trial. It gave me a resolve I had never had before. I had to choose, but the Power was from the Holy Spirit.
I remember this line: “When the bow breaks, some are down with terror while others spread their wings like eagles and soar.” (Queen Elizabeth movie) The Bible says it even better, “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” (Isaiah 40:31) (KJV)
The Trials teach you to rely completely on Jesus at the end of them, not rely on yourself and realize your true enemy is not only Satan, but your flesh. Your greatest enemy is not Satan, but yourself. Paul said to crucify the flesh daily in Galatians 5:4. I rarely get to quote Galatians. That’s so cool.
Satan has desired to sift you as wheat
Satan told God, “if he doesn’t have that easy life you give him, he’ll forsake and curse you” about Job. So, God, knowing Job’s heart, let Satan try sift Job as wheat. Job was rewarded after the trial with far more than he had before Satan’s tried to sift him as wheat. Job was a warrior. If you read the book of Job, the sores Satan put on that man’s body sound just like AIDS. Surprised? There is nothing new under the sun (Ecclesiastes 1:9).
Gideon was a wimp and scared of his only shadow before God made Gideon an Ultimate Warrior. Gideon needed three fleeces to see if fighting the Midianites was truly God’s will for him. God also gave Gideon 300 fellow Israelites to fight the Midianites that were the bottom of the barrel in terms of soldiers. But, when push came to shove, Gideon rallied his troops with God-given zeal, determination, and grit and he and the 300 valiant soldiers Anointed of God destroyed the Midianites. Why Gideon and his 300? Nobody would believe they could do it so God got the glory for them defeating the Midianites.
Gideon found out, “If God be for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31) The Midianites found out God can use anyone willing to bring about their destruction and death the hard way, too. At the end, Gideon would’ve killed anyone God put in his way, because it was God doing it through Gideon not himself. Gideon learned a simple thing–be a willing vessel and God can accomplish much. Don’t help God. He doesn’t need our help. Let God lead.
The Battle is the Lord’s Not Ours
Fighting Satan yourself is futile. Satan will defeat you in short order if you rely on your own devices. How did Jesus fight Satan in the Wilderness? He quoted the Word, which Jesus knew better than anyone because Jesus is the Word. If you try to use your mind to fight the devil, he will laugh at you and destroy you quickly. Satan knows the Bible better than anyone human that’s why Jesus gave us the Holy Spirit to tell us what to say when the time is right (Luke 12:12) (KJV)
God reserves the greatest Anointings to those He can Trust with It
Our weapons are not carnal: “ (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.” (2 Cor. 10:4-6) (KJV)
The flesh explained!
The flesh is that part of the endemic nature inside you that floats your ego and exalts itself against God.
How do you subdue the Flesh?
Galatians 5:4: PRAYER!
OUR WEAPONS ARE PRAYER AND THE WORD!
The more you pray, the more the flesh dies inside you until it becomes your servant and ultimately God’s servant. The Holy Spirit changes us slowly, sometimes with great strides, and when we look back and see how we were years ago we say, “Whoa!”
Put on the Whole Armor of God
“11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;” (Ephesians 6:11-18) (KJV)
What are the fiery darts of the enemy? I had no clue until I read a book. The darts are demons telling you this: “You’re useless, stupid, a loser, why would God use you? Seriously, you’re a screw-up, clumsy, yada, yada, yada!”
Let me tell your something: God chooses us to confound the wise. “but God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; and base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: that no flesh should glory in his presence.” (1 Corinthians 1:27-31) (KJV)
God loves the whores, the tax collectors, weak, the pathetic, etc. as the world sees us. He uses us to confound the wise of the world. He does because our flesh will not glory in His presence.
And, remember, rest in the shadow of the Almighty!
“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.” (Psalm 91:1-2) (KJV)
Listen, every battle, every war, every fight, eternity, the past, the present, the things to come was fought and won by Jesus Christ at Calvary.
THE BATTLE BELONGS TO JESUS CHRIST NOT YOU!
We are supposed to be willing vessels to be used. “ If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.” (2 Tim 2:21)
The Truth
You are God's prized possession and Satan HATES YOU! Honestly, has Satan ever done anything for you? Really? Nope, not one thing! Jesus, on the other hand, has paved the way for us with complete and utter victory over everything, especially Satan and his ilk. When Jesus died on the Cross, he took away the sin of the world. We only have to repent and ask Jesus into our heart to be born again.
Do you want to go to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, or burn for all eternity?
Do you know Jesus?
Well, it is easy to know him and experience his undying, unfathomable love and affection.
He came and died for you.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." (John 3:16) (KJV)
There is no greater love than Jesus.
"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." (John 15:13) (KJV)
Accept Him today if you don't know him.
Sinner's Prayer
"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior."
Now, go and tell someone and welcome to His Kingdom.
The Holy Spirit Baptism is a gift. Just pray, "God, I accept the Holy Spirit as a gift and welcome Him into my being. Thank and praise you Jesus for the Holy Spirit." In these dark times, you need the Holy Spirit right after getting saved.
Amen and Hallelujah.

How to Fight the Devil and Win
Note: I got some of these nuggets of Spiritual Warfare from Pastor Jimmy Evans.
“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. '' 2 Corinthians 10:4-5.
Our weapon is the same weapon Jesus used to defeat Satan in the wilderness when he was tempted. But, it even has more power since Jesus was crucified, died and was raised from the dead. You see, Jesus won every battle, every war with Satan and his hordes. But, even Jesus had to stand on the Word saying to Satan, "For it is written...." Satan can't stand the Word of God (Jesus is the Word, you know) because he's the father of all lies and one thing he can't stand is the truth.
"Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." (Luke 10:19)
You are given complete and utter authority over Satan and his hordes. It is that simple. Your weapon is the Word. You can always use this Scripture against Satan and his hordes. As Pastor Jimmy says, the Word of God is nuclear in the Spirit Realm. Satan has NO defence against the Word of God, because the Word of God is Jesus and He attained complete and total victory over Satan when He was crucified on the Cross and rose from the dead.
Remember, if you don't believe in a Scripture, you relinquish your authority. So, you must take the entire Bible as the Word of God as the truth it is and use it as your one and only weapon. It's the only weapon you need. When you pray, use the Word. And, always ask for wisdom.
"If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him." (James 1:5) (KJV)
God looooooves when you ask for wisdom, because He will always grant that prayer request from you and give you wisdom of any situation, and give you wisdom in general. I've seen some uneducated preachers in my day chock full of wisdom beyond their educations because God gave them a download of wisdom straight to their understanding. "God, grant me wisdom in (situation) and wisdom in general," is a great prayer request.
How to know the Devil from the Holy Spirit
Satan whispers thoughts into our minds that exalt us over God, exalts our circumstances past God, twists Scripture to fit our sins and sinful nature. Satan will tell you to kill yourself, will tell you God doesn't love you, tell you God doesn't like you, etc., etc. The Holy Spirit, who is Jesus's Spirit, will tell you Jesus loves you, there is always hope for you, how can I help?, anything good and holy. The flesh also exalts you over God, tells you that you don't need God. The way to crucify the flesh and bring it in line is prayer.
Four Thought Types
With the preceding in mind, the four thought types are You, Satan, the Flesh and the Holy Spirit that enter your mind. The greatest enemy is yourself. Take the whole Bible as the undisputed truth and cast down any thoughts that say otherwise, even if it is you thinking it. It is that simple.
You can't war against Satan yourself.
If you war with Satan yourself, you will lose every time. He knows the human condition better than you do so eventually he will trip you up. You must use Scripture and the name of Jesus to defeat him and make him leave you alone.
But, there is simple way to prepare to war with Satan when he comes like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. (1 Peter 5:8) Everyday, take one Scripture and meditate on it all day. Use powerful Scriptures like "perfect love casts our fear" (1 John 4:18) and "I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me" (Phil 4:13). Use John 3:16 as the ultimate expression of God's love for you. The Word of God is nuclear, as Pastor Jimmy says, in the spirit realm. Satan has no defense against the Word of God. Satan knows the Bible better than we do and when he twists it to try and deceive you, quote the Scripture right back at him. Satan hates the truth. He hates you and he really hates Jesus.
And, don't worry, you have the Holy Spirit to bring Scripture to your mind. He loves doing that.
Keep in mind, you have the perfect guide that "will lead you into all truth," the Holy Spirit. (John 16:13) A Christian without the Holy Spirit baptism is like a soldier without any armor or a sword rushing into battle. It ain't gonna end well. If you are saved, thank God for the Gift of the Holy Spirit and praise God for Him. And, say, "Holy Spirit, make yourself known to me" and He will. Who was there with Jesus when Jesus was tempted by Satan? The Holy Spirit, the Anointing. Jesus was never alone. You have Jesus, God the father and the Holy Spirit on your side with angels watching over you, too. You are a majority. Satan is the minority. It's not like Satan could do anything against the Holy Spirit (Jesus's Spirit) that lives inside you.
Jesus has more power in his pinky than Satan does, period. In fact, I doubt Satan has that much power. Satan can detour angels, but he can't detour Jesus. In the Bible, I forget where, there is an angel that was held up on delivering an answer to a prayer by Satan and the ark angel Michael has to war with Satan so the angel could get free to deliver the answer from God. Satan was an ark angel, but since he's sinned so much, he gets weaker by the hour. Remember, God cast Satan from heaven and Jesus on earth saw him fall. Nothing happens unless God allows Satan to do it. Satan will challenge God one more time and, according to Revelations, and an ordinary angel will take a chain and chain Satan into the bottomless pit.
The Bible says Satan knows his fate and trembles at it. "Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble." (James 2:19) (KJV) Trust me, when Satan thinks of Jesus and the ultimate and total victory Jesus at Calvary got over him and his hordes, he trembles. Satan thought he'd win if he crucified Jesus. Excuse me while I chuckle. Instead, God used Satan to give Jesus ultimate victory, gaining the keys of death and hell.
Yes, Satan and demons and fallen angels are powerful.
Satan loves to attack your mind when you are weary, being reflective. The mind is the battleground. That is where all spiritual wars are waged. That's why you need to fill your mind with Scripture and cast down every negative thought in the name of Jesus. "God doesn't love you," Satan says. "For God so loved the world..." you say. (John 3:16) If you don't have a Scripture to fight with, say, "Get thee behind me Satan" in the name of Jesus. (Matt 16:22-24)
I was in a battle of all battles for my mind and the Holy Spirit gave me a Scripture one day "perfect love casts out fear" (1 John 4:18) and then told me, "Satan is trying to sift you as wheat." (Luke 22:31-32). Jesus told Peter once, "Satan is going to try and sift you as wheat." Peter said, "why?" Jesus said, "Because I told him he could." LOL Jesus knew Peter could handle the spiritual war coming his way because he knew Peter got out of the boat and was the one Jesus wanted to tend his flock when Jesus was gone. For Peter to get that honorable position, you better believe Jesus had to let Satan come and do his worst. It was literally a trial by fire for Peter. If you want to go deep into God's kingdom, you, too, will be tried by such fire.
Anyway, when the Holy Spirit told me "Satan is trying to sift you as wheat," I rebuked the devil in the name of Jesus and the battle ended abruptly. I could not war with Satan in my mind by myself. I had to go to the Word and it did the trick. Satan scattered and the battle was over.
Satan's hordes all can attack your body.
In November 2020, I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. I didn't know it, but it was Satanic in nature. God had given Satan permission to sift me as wheat and Satan was going to try his hardest to destroy me. "The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." (John 10:10) (KJV) I got over the CHF with a negative test, but the war was far from over. Satan gave me a dream in February or January that he was going to hurt my back. In March, it came to pass. My lower back killed me. Even my computer was affected by the strong spirit attacking my body. I'm now on the mend, but I had to bind the spirit in the name of Jesus and kick it out with the Word.
This blog is why Satan has been attacking me relentlessly. Praise God, it has been seen by 274,000 people in less than a year. A lot of people have been exposed to the sinner's prayer, Jesus and salvation. I told Satan I was coming to do damage in his kingdom. Yes, that's a little prideful, but if I spread seeds, the Bible says, "My Word shall not return void." (Isaiah 55:11) I hope thousands have been saved and delivered from Satan's clutches. I know the blog has been read by people literally all over the world. No idea who, but from America to the UK to Brazil to New Zealand and even in Saudi Arabia. Think about it, no government that filters their internet is looking to block Transgender Church. Unless they read it, they don't know all the power the Holy Spirit has packed into its pages.
A few years ago, God gave me a dream where I was this pilot, with my own special uniform, and was to fly missions deep into enemy territory. The Transgender community is deep in enemy territory and few, if any, are trying to reach them. I'm Transgender so I know the condition well. I got the domain and the Holy Spirit gave me what to say. I bought advertising and it's 274,000 souls and counting that have read parts of it.
Resist the Devil with the Word of God
"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." (James 4:7) (KJV) You resist the Devil by quoting the Word. It's the only way to defeat him. When the Word is spoken, Satan knows he's lost. He has to skidaddle. Also, don't forget to repent daily and renew your mind. (Romans 12:2) The Holy Spirit renews your mind when you repent. He takes the sin out—that is the renewing of the mind. You don't notice the change, but it works. Go two weeks without repenting like I did once and see if your mind isn't misfiring. No, don't do that. Trust me, it ain't fun.
I'm convinced there are spirits of suicide (I've felt it and heard it's tail rattle like a rattlesnake as it left). For some reason, I can feel a demon's presence, and ever see them sometimes. Remember, the spirit world is far more real than the physical world we live in. It's older than our world. I'm convinced there are spirits of unforgiveness, spirits of depression, spirits of cancer, etc., etc. Demons basically specialize in something. But, they all must leave in the name of Jesus. If you are a Christian a demon can attack you, but he can't possess you. But, attack you mentally, physically, emotionally, sexually and spiritually they can.
Spirit of Lust
Jimmy Evans said he had tons of lust. The only way to fight it and get rid of it was with the Word of God. It's a spirit. You have to cast down every lustful thought with the Word of God. Porn flashes in your mind, speak a Scripture to it about how you are to be holy. If you do that long enough, you won't lust anymore.
Spirit of Fear
"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." (2 Tim 1:7) (KJV) If you are fearful, it is of the devil not God. The Holy Spirit will never give you fear. God is perfect love. There is no fear to give from Him. So, rebuke the spirit of fear in the name of Jesus when you get fearful. Fear will run round and round in your mind. So, speak that Scripture to it and rebuke it in the name of Jesus....and watch it flee. Cling to 2 Timothy 1:7 and it will have to go. God wants you peaceful (John 14:27), God wants you to have authority over the enemy (Luke 10:19), God is Love and wants you to experience His love, and God always wants you to have a sober and active mind. So, renew your mind daily with repentance, as said above.
Put on the Whole Armor of God
"Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak."
(Ephesians 6:13-24) (KJV)
You are a Christian. With prayer, you are a warrior. With Christ, you are a king and a minister unto God (Revelation 1:6). And with Christ, you are more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37).
Christians shall not engage in the following:
Ouija boards - it is a gateway to the demonic.
Horoscopes - harmless, right? Wrong. They are demonic.
Crystal Gaze - New Age mysticism is of the devil.
Mediums and Spirit Guides - If you think you are talking to a dead family member, you are actually talking to a demon. There is a barrier between the living and the dead.
White Witchcraft - No such thing. Witchcraft is forbidden. Consulting a witch cost King Saul everything.
New Age Books and Charms - It really is witchcraft repackaged as fluff from Satan.
Thank and praise you Jesus for the Holy Spirit."
